Join us for a high-energy, one-day rugby clinic designed for both new and experienced players ages 10–18. Players will work on core skills such as passing, support play, spatial awareness, and game decision-making through engaging drills and small-sided games led by experienced coaches.
For ages 10 to 18

This fun and interactive 4.5 hour course trains people how to react and improvise when dealing with time priority, life threatening emergencies. By practicing with scenarios students gain confidence, learn to improvise, and react in emergency situations.
For ages 11-14

Register or drop-in for Youth Basketball with The Grind and get elite skills training from their team of coaches!
For ages 8-13

Using smaller racquets and low compression balls we help kids develop confidence in their ability to hit the ball which allows them to be successful very quickly.

Storytime Yoga is a playful and imaginative yoga class .Each week, we go on a brand-new adventure, traveling through forests, oceans, magical lands, or far-off places, using our imaginations and our bodies.

Come to Oaklands Elementary School gym and practice your hockey skills off the ice. Equipment is provided; just bring a pair of non-marking shoes and some energy! Drop-ins welcome!

Build strength, flexibility, confidence, and self-defence skills in this welcoming introductory karate class for teens and adults. Ideal for beginners or those returning to martial arts. No experience required!
For ages 13+

Calling all young wizards, planes walkers, and card collectors! Whether you're new to Magic: The Gathering or a seasoned player, our youth club is the perfect place to sharpen your skills, make new friends, and immerse yourself in the world of exciting battles and magical creatures.
For ages 8-13

Get dramatic every Wednesday night! This playful class uses laughter-filled theatre games, storytelling, and script work to build performance confidence and encourage self-expression. Through ensemble-supported play, students will explore creativity, collaboration, and imagination. Sure to open the door to a lifelong love of acting, performance, public speaking, and improv. No experience necessary.
