Our strategic plan

 The purpose of a Strategic Plan is to guide the Oaklands Community Association's (OCA's) direction for programs, services, facilities, and operations while ensuring that OCA meets the needs and interests of our community. The 2025-2029 Strategic Plan will continue to reflect the emerging priorities and values identified by the OCA Board, staff, and community members.
