This Strategic Plan is a reflection of emerging priorities and values identified by the Oaklands Community Association (OCA) Board, staff and community members over the last two years.
The purpose of this Plan is to provide comprehensive direction of programs, services, facilities and operations of the OCA for the period of 2022-2025 whilst ensuring that Oaklands Community Association serves the Oaklands community needs and interests.
