Licensed camps are separated into Kindergarten/Grade 1 (age 5-7) and Grade 2-5 (8-11). You will register your child into the age group/grade they have completed, not the grade they are entering into.

Licensed camps are for children who have completed Kindergarten in June. For children starting Kindergarten in September, we are required to submit an exemption from our licensing officer; parents/guardian can continue to register into primary-aged camps and complete the registration forms attached and email exemption forms as instructed.

All licensed camps accept ACCB subsidy (2 spots each camp reserved for Supported Care/Inclusion)

If you are applying for the Affordable Child Care subsidy - the application link is here, and a copy of the Child Care Arrangement form is here.

Once the Child Care Arrangement form is printed and filled in please return it to Oaklands Community Centre for the Childcare Services Director to sign and date.

Until subsidy is in place full fees are due on the first of each school month; once subsidy is approved and applied to fees, a credit can be applied to future month fees.
