Gain confidence and connection to your voice, develop a love of literature and storytelling, and play with improvisation!
Through fun and skill building theatre games, participants will be introduced to a range of voice and performance techniques. Vocal warmups, poetry, mime, improv, and readers theatre will hone participants storytelling abilities.
No experience necessary.

Mindfulness can help teens stay calm, focused, and present in the moment. This six-week psycho-educational program will support teens by providing information on the teenage brain and provide exercises, tools, and mediations to help stay calm, focused and present in the moment.
